From table booking to accounting

Each table has bookable times, with no double bookings and breaks in between. Manage identical tables as one group.

Peak and off-peak prices follow the weekday and time of day, and members and guests pay separate rates.

Sell memberships, passes and season bookings as subscriptions, collected by SEPA, with pause and cancel.

Table Tennis courses by level come with online sign-up, a waitlist and a coach and are placed on free tables automatically.

Each booking gets a PIN or QR code, and doors and gates keep a log. The hall lights follow the booking via your controller.

Sell on site and online by card and SEPA. Cancel with a refund or voucher, including whole periods.

Manage customers with invoices and dunning. DATEV export covers Germany and Austria, plus VAT and finance reports.

Check-in by QR code or list, attendance and utilization are recorded at once.

All data is stored GDPR compliant and encrypted in data centres in Germany.
